With over 200 combined years of experience in the construction industry, the team at NPSG Development has performed all types of building and design. Ranging from industrial warehouses, to medical surgical centers, to high rise casinos in Las Vegas, our team shares extensive experience in planning and design, ground up construction and build outs of existing spaces. Within this range of experience there is one unifying factor, the NPSG Development team has been working within the construction space for a very long time, most from a very young age.
Under the direction of Robert Mooney, whose work history literally started in the trenches as a college student to construction management of large retail spaces, educational facilities and industrial warehouses, the team at NPSG Development brings a unique approach to every part of the building process. Robert leads our team of construction professionals, sharing his passion for quality workmanship, relationship building, and mutual respect in the work place.
Over the last several years NPSG Development has proven their ability to think fast and act quickly, responding to ever-changing demands in the marketplace. Currently working in markets ranging from Seattle to New York, NPSG Development continues to grow its relationships throughout the US.

Meet our team:
Robert Mooney, President
Robert Mooney, President, leads with over 35 years in the construction industry, specializing in both commercial and residential building. Due to this extensive history in the industry, Robert understands every part of the construction process. One of his favorite projects was the complete renovation of a 4-story 100-year-old brick building in Richmond, Virginia. After cutting in an elevator shaft through 100-year-old timbers, from basement to roof, and adding a heated swimming pool, his team turned this abandoned building into one of the premiere sports medicine facilities in the South East.
Robert (Bobby) Head, Director of Operations
With over 21 years in the construction industry, Bobby has extensive experience in high end tenant interior projects in banking, retail and restaurants. His project experience includes civil projects like wastewater treatment facilities and multiple large scale industrial and medical facilities. He holds numerous certifications in the construction industry, including his ASHE certification for Healthcare projects. In fact, his favorite project to date is building out complete operating rooms in an active hospital where subcontractors had to deploy through the roof into the sterile work environment on a daily basis.
Ron Welch, Construction Manager
Ron brings over 33 years of experience alone, as field engineer and project superintendent for hotels, co-work office space development, educational complexes and retail stores. He has also worked as a land developer and a DOE contractor. His favorite projects are usually ground-ups, like hotels, due to the extreme transformations he witnesses.
Heath Meadows, Project Manager
Heath’s story begins slightly differently, in the athletic sports flooring industry, where he built and constructed gymnasium floors. That developed into a career building ground up residential, small box retail, office and restaurant developments of over 1,000,000 square feet. His experience in upfitting a space has been particularly beneficial to our team.
Michael Scouten, General Superintendent
Skilled in both residential and commercial construction, including both cold storage and IMP (insulated metal panelling) and ammonia and glycol systems, Michael has a length history of leading teams at NPSG Development. He brings extensive knowledge of light and heavy industrial work, as well as office and technology park construction. He has successfully completed projects on time in over 22 states across the country.
Sunny Long, Superintendent
Growing up in the family business, Sunny began as a Journeyman carpenter at a young age. Compounding on that experience, he built high rise casinos in Las Vegas, as well as industrial ground up construction and build outs, acting as General Superintendent. He also spent over 20 years of his career building waste water treatment plants. His favorite one was a very large $200M job in Salsbury, Maryland.
David Mills, Assistant Superintendent
David started his career at a young age, working with his father who is a custom cabinet builder. Between work in residential and commercial construction, David served our country for two tours in Desert Storm and Desert Shield. His favorite project was building parent and caretaker housing for the Ronald McDonald House charities all over the country.
